Shipping costs a flat rate of Rs.200 for every delivery. However, customers who place orders exceeding Rs.3,000 may qualify for free returns if the invoice still totals Rs.3,000 or more after processing the return.
If you’re not happy with your order, you have 15 days to contact us. Simply register your return by message or call, specifying the items you’d like to return. We’ll handle the rest and refund your money upon receiving the unused, original product.
Once we’ve received your returned items, we will promptly initiate the refund for those items using your chosen method. The timeframe for the refund to be processed may vary depending on your payment method, but you can expect it to be completed within 14 days from the date our store receives your return.
Our exchange policy permits customers to exchange items for different sizes, colors, or similar products if they are unsatisfied with their initial choice or seek an alternative option. Contact our customer support to initiate the exchange process, and they will guide you through the necessary steps.
However, items labeled as “Sale” or “NE = Non-Exchangeable” are not exchangeable. Items that have been excessively used, washed, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear may also be ineligible.

With express delivery, your items will arrive within one business day or the following day after prepaying the shipping cost. Feel free to contact us or send a message to arrange prepayment and express delivery.
We apologize for any inconvenience. If the package arrives damaged or with a compromised seal, please refrain from accepting it. Instead, contact us immediately, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement shipment.
